EDD—Preparing for Employment Tax Audit

The Desert Communities EAC is a non profit organization dedicated to keeping California business informed on workforce laws and human resource issues.  We are an event partner with the Employment Development Department.

Gerald Thomas

Gerald Thomas is a Tax Auditor with the Employment Development Department. He has been working in the Department since 2009 servicing the employer community. He has worked for the State of California since 2001 giving him over 20 years of experience servicing the California public. He has provided services doing tax audits, conducting seminars, benefit and tax hearings, tax compliance, recruiting, and numerous other training and technical support. His educational background includes a business degree from California State University, San Bernardino with a concentration in both Accounting and Finance.
