Plaintiff Attorney vs Defense Attorney

The Desert Communities EAC is a non-profit organization dedicated to keeping California businesses informed on workforce laws and human resource issues.  We are an event partner with the Employment Development Department.

Plaintiff attorney Eric Feingold and Defense attorney Jon Light will go toe-to-toe to give you their perspective on several categories of employment law issues that will raise your blood pressure and affect your Company’s bottom line if you don’t correct the issues that every employer experiences; some a little, some a lot.

They will debate how employers get beat up, and how to avoid liability and damages, with several timely topics such as:

arbitration, EPLI, rounding, misclassification, leaves of absence and reasonable accommodation, handbook pitfalls, meals and rest breaks, expense reimbursement, severance agreements, PAGA and class action litigation.

Don’t miss this blow-by-blow World Championship encounter between two heavyweights in the Employment Law Division
