The Desert Communities EAC is a non-profit organization dedicated to keeping California businesses informed on workforce laws and human resource issues.  We are an event partner with the Employment Development Department.


Attendees will learn:

• Diagnosing potentially harmful workplace scenarios

• Effective strategies to cure workplace conflicts

• Triage to resolve disagreements, avoid litigation, or minimize damages

• Attorney War Stories that led to successful Resolutions

Ms. Wolfe has over 30 years of experience as a civil litigator, specializing in employment law cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She advises employers on preventive measures and provides strategic counsel and management training to minimize workplace risks.

Craig A. Sterling

Craig A. Sterling has over 23 years of California litigation and trial experience, handling cases in commercial litigation, wage and hour matters, and criminal law. He currently represents corporate employers, small businesses, and employees in various employment law matters, and has a history of pro bono work and nonprofit volunteerism.

Monique Ragheb:

 

Monique Ragheb is an Associate Attorney in the Workplace Solutions department, specializing in assisting employers with labor law compliance and policy development. She provides guidance on complex personnel issues, helping businesses minimize legal risks and align their practices with their mission and long-term goals.
